What sale/status fields does Boxpod read from Clarks?
Standard sale flags (1, 2) and status codes (0–5, 20, 21). Commercial-only records are pulled; residential is filtered out.
How does authentication work?
Clarks issues an API key per agency. Boxpod stores it encrypted.
Will Boxpod work with multiple Clarks offices?
Yes — if Clarks segments your data by office, we can target a single office or all per Boxpod account.
