Reapit Alto integration — common questions
How is the Reapit Alto token managed?
Tokens are ~1-hour TTL. Boxpod refreshes them automatically; you never see or manage tokens yourself.
What property data does Boxpod read from Alto?
Title, description, addresses, lat/long, prices (lease and sale), property type, images, attachments, contact details — everything Alto exposes via the API.
Will my Alto branch structure carry over?
Yes — multi-branch Alto firms map each branch to a separate Boxpod account if desired.
Are there any rate limits?
Vebra rate-limits API calls. Boxpod's resync runs once daily per account to stay within limits without paying for premium tiers.
