Located just 15 minutes from Bristol and the bright lights of the city centre, Equinox South Business Centre provides a range of serviced office space to rent. 

Over the last few years, Bristol has emerged as a hub of creativity and innovation with a growing thirst to become the number one city for small businesses.

 

Spanning over two floors our business centre contains 55 individual serviced offices, ranging from 107 – 540 square feet (10 – 50 square metres)

The monthly rent is inclusive of telephone (including 100 minutes of free UK local and national calls) and broadband, with 1GB of shared internet. 

Each office to rent in Bristol is individually metered for electricity, so you only pay for what you use. Plus, based on the sizes of our offices, most of our customers won't have to pay a penny in business rates. 

Onsite you’ll find well-stocked kitchens, a lounge area fitted out with contemporary furniture, which doubles up as an event space and an onsite shower facility.

Lastly, we have a 14-person meeting room available at discounted rates, which is for our customers' exclusive use.
