The building dates from the 1930s and was originally a boy’s school. It has since been converted into a smart business centre, but retains much of its original character, with parquet flooring. It also benefits from a good community atmosphere, with many long-term customers.

Split between East and West Wings, our units range from 80 – 1,950 square feet, (7.4 - 181 square metres), so are ideal for small and medium sized companies. They are available under our one page flexible licences, which make it quick and easy to sign up. Because the agreements can last from a single day to many years, you can choose the level of commitment you make.

Our offices range from 80 – 955 square feet (7.4 – 181 square metres), and are based on both the ground and first floor of our business centre. Our smart offices contain carpets and natural light and are rented on an unfurnished basis. Some contain wall-mounted heating and individual kitchenettes.

You can choose your own telecoms and broadband supplier, so you have complete flexibility to arrange the services you need to run your business. However, we can put you in touch with our recommended supplier if you prefer.
