Fieldhouse Industrial Estate is based in the north of Rochdale and offers over 70 business units that can be used for industrial or workshop purposes, as studio or storage space or as offices.

The historic estate offers plenty of customer parking, 24 hour site security, CCTV and a weighbridge, plus loading/unloading areas outside of the units. The estate also boasts an onsite café, crèche and boxing club.
