Once the Empress Brewery, this Business Centre in Manchester has been transformed into a modern business environment, providing offices, a coworking space, meeting rooms, workshops, storage units and a mailbox service.

Despite being only ten minutes away from Deansgate city centre, we provide a free customer car park and a visitors' car park. Our CCTV system monitors the car parks and entrances and exits to the building, giving you total peace of mind. 

The business centre retains much of its original Victorian character, with vaulted ceilings in some offices and an original wrought-iron staircase. It is managed by our friendly on-site team. Our administrator can provide secretarial support as and when you need it from our central reception on the ground floor. This includes a telephone answering service, photocopying and faxing. 

The reception is open 9am – 5pm, but access is available at all times via our security team. The ground floor is also home to our break-out area, where you can relax and get to know staff from other companies based at the business centre.

You can opt for licences from 1- 12 months, with instant access and with units ranging from 110 - 4,348 square feet (10 - 403.93 square metres), we can accommodate both small and larger businesses.

The majority of our 56 units in the business centre are offices. Spread over 6 floors, these offices are provided unfurnished, so you can tailor the space to suit your business. If you need more space, you can upgrade to a larger office with no penalties, unlike many other business centres.
