How much does it cost to list office space on Boxpod?

From £12/month (excluding VAT) for one listing. Member plan covers up to 5 offices at £25/month; Premium covers 10 at £45/month. Cancel anytime.

What do commercial letting agents charge, and how does Boxpod compare?

High-street commercial agents typically charge 7 to 15 percent of the first year's rent to find a tenant, often with a minimum fee of £1,000 or more. Boxpod replaces that with a flat subscription from £12/month and no commission, so you keep the full rent and deal with tenants directly.

Can I list serviced or coworking spaces?

Yes. Serviced offices, coworking spaces and traditional leased offices are all welcome. List the available size range and Boxpod's search filters do the rest.

How do enquiries reach me?

Direct via phone and email - there is no intermediary. Tenants see your listing, pick up the phone or hit the enquiry button, and you respond.

Do you support listing multiple offices in one building?

Yes. Each suite/office is its own listing. Many landlords list 5-10 offices in a single building under the Member or Premium plan.

Can I list offices both to let and for sale?

Yes. Both lease and freehold offers are supported, with separate pricing for each.

Do you handle viewings or referencing?

No - Boxpod is a listings platform only. Viewings, references and contract negotiations happen between you and the tenant.

Can I cancel anytime?
