What counts as an investment listing?
Any commercial property being sold as a tenanted investment with established income. Single units, multi-let parades, freehold investments and portfolios all qualify.
What do commercial letting agents charge, and how does Boxpod compare?
High-street commercial agents typically charge 7 to 15 percent of the first year's rent to find a tenant, often with a minimum fee of £1,000 or more. Boxpod replaces that with a flat subscription from £12/month and no commission, so you keep the full rent and deal with tenants directly.
Can I include yield information in the listing?
Yes. The asking price and current rent are both fields on the listing; yield is shown automatically to interested buyers.
Do you provide tenant information to buyers?

Are portfolio sales supported?
