What counts as an investment listing?

Any commercial property being sold as a tenanted investment with established income. Single units, multi-let parades, freehold investments and portfolios all qualify.

What do commercial letting agents charge, and how does Boxpod compare?

High-street commercial agents typically charge 7 to 15 percent of the first year's rent to find a tenant, often with a minimum fee of £1,000 or more. Boxpod replaces that with a flat subscription from £12/month and no commission, so you keep the full rent and deal with tenants directly.

Can I include yield information in the listing?

Yes. The asking price and current rent are both fields on the listing; yield is shown automatically to interested buyers.

Do you provide tenant information to buyers?

You control what you share. Most landlords include tenant name and lease length in the listing description, with the full lease provided to serious enquirers on request.

Are portfolio sales supported?

Yes - list each property individually and link them in the description, or use a single high-level listing with a brochure attachment.

How much does it cost?

From £12/month for one listing. Investment vendors with multiple opportunities use the Member or Premium plan.

Will I have to negotiate with buyers directly?
