Plans start from just £12 per month (excluding VAT) for 1 property listing. The Member plan is £25/month for up to 5 listings, and Premium is £45/month for up to 10 listings. All plans include a self-service dashboard and monthly traffic reports with no hidden costs.

Are there any commissions or finders fees?

No. Boxpod charges a simple flat monthly fee with no commissions, no finders fees and no hidden costs. Tenants contact you directly and you keep 100% of your rental income.

Can I cancel my Boxpod subscription at any time?

Yes. All Boxpod plans are rolling monthly or annual subscriptions with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Do I save money by paying annually?

Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly payments. For example, the Lite plan is £115/year instead of £144 (12 x £12).
