Sub Developments is currently experiencing strong demand for its containers to rent at its small industrial estate in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. The site is well presented but basic – the fencing is new but the majority of the lots do not have running water or electricity. The site is fully secured with electric high security gates operated with a key pad. It also benefits from CCTV and flood lights.
Some of the lots are let as secure yards – the biggest being 400 m2. Sections of the site include a container as part of the offering – others do not. Elsewhere on the industrial site, it is devoted purely to containers so that tenants have no yard space. This flexibility means tenants can chose whatever configuration suits their needs.
Sub Developments is witnessing strong demand for all offerings – be it yard to rent, container to rent or both. There is clearly a shortage of yard and storage supply in Sleaford and the surrounding areas with tenants coming from towns such as Grantham, Boston and Huntingdon.
