Accommodating ever-changing demands from the market, Boxpod now offers a brokerage service to clients to encourage increased interest in their properties.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This means businesses\u00a0can advertise with Boxpod with the guarantee that unless we generate signed agreements then there is no cost to the company.<\/p>\n

As account manager Charlotte Baughan explains: “We use our experience to add all properties onto their listing in such a way to encourage as many ‘hits’ through search engines as possible. The way that enquiries are received by clients varies depending on their requirements and we can adapt our brokerage system to accommodate most requirements.”<\/p>\n

There is a level of honesty required between Boxpod and their brokerage clients, communication is key and we trust our clients to let us know when any deals are signed, resulting in a 10% introductory fee for the first 12 months of the signed agreement. We have Terms and Conditions that are required to be signed for brokerage customers which outline all elements.<\/p>\n

Charlotte adds: “We can offer brokerage to any customer, but it generally works better for national companies, business centres, innovation centres and large storage companies as it is worth paying the 10% fee as the financial gain to them as a business is sufficient to cover the introductory fee.\u00a0 As a brokerage customer you have a personal account manager at Boxpod who is here to answer any questions, chase feedback from potential customers and manage all enquiries to ensure those that are sent through are genuine.”<\/p>\n
