Analysis of Boxpod data comparing 2018 to 2017 showed total property views of office, retail, industrial and storage units to rent and buy in Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster were up by 350%. Interest in units in Doncaster alone fared the best with a 450% increase in property views.
